mastering can bring out a lot in a track as well, so if any of you are unsure, show me it and I'll let you know if it's worth mastering yet. Im doing this, for guys like you, who might not be signed to labels yet, therefore have limited access to mastering.

Ok so, when you make a track, save it etc. Thats all fine, but if you go back and edit something such as the thumbnail or description, the changes dont appear when you post it as a widget on facebook or something. This could be to do with cookies or some other random internet crap. But the best way to fix it, is by simply changing the URL after you've edited it. So if you've given your track a new image and it currently reads: soundcloud.com/chrisgould/bigfatbass... change it to something like /bigfat_bass or something. I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but it sure as hell annoys the fuck out of me

I have tested my mastered tracks on BIG systems, and they stood up to the test, quite well. DO NOT expect a pro mastering job, just expect something that is more than acceptable when played out. It's full of little shitbag teenagers with a copy of FL studio. that try to copy the bigger DJs, the bigger DJs have little respect for the established pro's and try to remix every fucking track out there. The worst thing is melbourne's crowds lap it up... it's like they've forgotten what good dance music is meant to sound like

It wasnt even my fault lol. Someone posted a Bingo plays bootleg, then a melbourne 'remix' of that bootleg. And the only audible difference was that it has a thicker bassline during the main section. I commented asking what the fuck is the difference in the two tracks etc. This guy must have been snooping, and then had a go at me on my facebook lol. I dont care anyway, that particular agency are *insert insult and comment suggesting they are low in quality here* anyway

You will get better at it, obviously, but your work flow will increase and ideas will become much easier to translate

That you and I mash I did took about 20mins. The bootleg takes about 2-3hrs, depending on if I get lazy and use loops or not
