Cheers for the feedback! Thanks Matt, all value points which I'll take on board. With the long mixes that was no mistake, I intended to go for that live mashup feel. Its sort of Tech House/techno mixing applied to more electro tracks. Also in a 30min mix entitled bangers I didn't really want to take the foot off the gas too much lol but in an ordinary set I completely agree. Gunner, I'm always trying to improve my eqs haha thanks. Chemical Brothers played a technically brilliant set but they were poorly chosen for the line up as their brand of electronica is way too low key after so much high energy stuff. Swoon as fireworks went off overhead was a pretty great way to welcome the new year! Saw them again at One Night Only.. them and Booka Shade went OFF! (sorry for off topic)

Been using Goldwave to record.. have the recording line-in gain so it's within +/-1 but it seems to be clipping.. with Audacity I seem to get a crackling, grainy quality even when its within the +/-1. My mixer (DJM700) is maxing at 2 green bars on master. I ran it through Platinum Notes to try and improve the quality as well. I'll give that a whirl though, would really like my recordings to be better.

Firstly, thanks man! Secondly, what software do you use to record? I've tried Audacity and Goldwave but the audio quality is never optimal. Cheers

Such a good day at Stereo. Warmed up with What So Not, Bingo Players and Dash Berlin before Orjan Nilsen and an insane set from Simon Patterson! First time seeing Carl Cox.. amazing!!! Wanted to stay longer but my mates wanted to check out Calvin Harris who was pretty good. Markus Schulz played a pretty good set but I think there was a bit too much "Scream" album material. Saw Tiesto, didn't mind it.. until he played Maximal Crazy 3+ times.. holy WTF batman.

Mat Zo's set was really interesting, dropped in and out of some excellent mashes. So happy Norin & Rad + Andrew Bayer are backing them up over here.. love N&Rs sound. Me and my mate reckon Anjunabeats and A&B are creating a whole new genre with this Group Therapy concept which isn't Trance or Trouse.. but Therapy.

Thanks for your input guys! Yeah, given some time the novelty of it has rubbed off and I appreciate it sounding unprofessional. For now the original name stays.. any ideas on how to make it easier to understand? I've thought about removing the 3s to make English other than that.. improve Central West literacy (I didn't think Sentinel was all that hard to say)? Cheers

All the music was from his new album (pop DnB ) and he had a good vibe going, we also could have liked him more because we were out of the cold..
