I love my Vestax PDX 2300 mk2 pro best turntable I have ever used but the tone arm is not ASTS....the one on my PDX 2000 mk2 is....the tone arm on the 2300 pro is DB system

because you can plug two laptop running scratch live into the mixer at the same time......so if the dj that is working after you is also using s.s.l you don't have to unplug your laptop when you finish your set & plug his in before he starts....no down time between sets
-
not one but two external soundcards in one midi / audio mixer its a good idear for clubs that have the ttm68

I dont know much about the reloop cd players dose your c.d players have loop trim..???? I have tested the loop-roll with cdj 1000 & cdj 800 & my old denon 3000 & 5000 and it worked good if no loop trim you might have to use one off the traktor EFX's to do loop-rolls
-
its called a loop-roll... you don't need to map your cd player to do loop-rolls with time code C.D's...just use the A[loop in] & B[loop out] trim & the platter you can even loop-rolls up & down Octv by using the pitch fader

LIES! Gimme Gimme Gimme this is the old school keyboard I'm thinking off selling as I said its way better than a moog for a kayboard thats about 27 year's old ...just sounds the best + I'v seen them go for about $2500 on E-bay.....very , very hard to find http://www.vintagesynth.com/roland/jup6 ... nts_anchor and here a vid so you can hear what she sound like
-
I was looking for a Roland MV 8800... the mc 808 has its own sequencer... it's got 512 mb memory (good for about 102 minute ) + I have just put a 2 gig CompactFlash card ( good for about 4 hours )....but I can go up to 32 gig ( good for about 14 hours ) PS...I have a old keyboard here I'm selling you might like it's bad ass keyboard...the best old keyboard out there ( better than Korg , better than a Moog )....
-
ok...your right ChevChelios...I took your advice I also think hardware is better than software...for my workflow so I went looking for a peace off hardware that had nice pad's for sampling motorised faders for mixing had good sounding Synths ,Drums and bass sounds and is easy to use and fit with all my other shit + a USB port so I can use software to CHOP up sample's I ended up getting a Roland MC 808 Sampler GrooveBox http://www.rolandus.com/products/produc ... uctId=766# I plug my Edirol PCR 500 midi Keyboard controller to the MC 808 I play Synths & Bass lines in my 808 with the PCR 500 and drums & samples with the pads + I can use the 808 software to chop up samples in real time

-
with time code C.D's 2 for CROSS 2 for DVS 7 4 for producer 7 4 for VFX
-
no I don't work for mixvibes I'm a mixvibes user , have been for 3 year started with DVS 6 & now use the DVS producer... I now beta tester for mixvibes ...so i'm testing VFX & Cross with time code vinly on my Vestax PDX turntables & time code C.D's on my CDJ 1000 & midi with my midi controllers not bad for someone who 4 year's ago had not touch a pc in there live.. as for a good price...I see what I can do
-
mixvibes Cross PAC is plug -in & play no midi mapping...but you will need to do some pc optimizing to get the best out off the software I will try to find some pic off the mixvibes u46 dj sound card
