What makes Serato better for turntables? it not...if anything traktor is better for vinyl because of traktors 3ghz time code ...better at slow scratching...BUT.. I cant tell the the diff.. after testing for me.. mixvibes DVS has better latency with my edirol firewire sound card traktor scratch pro has better slow scratch serato has less sticker-drift.....

I used the vci 300 ...thay are very good for small gig's...I have a vci-100... but I say with your set-up go Serato sl3 & a set off dicers

ok you will need $400 for sl1 ..$500 for sl2 ...$650 for sl3 ...$900 for sl4... you dont need a over the top laptop ...serato is very stable on even the shit laptops frist thing two buy if I had the at mixer is the inno fader....I love the inno faders had one in my stanton sa12 scratch mixer...

Grandy is right ....but he only has 1800.not $2500 serato sl2 new $550 + Stanton mixer new $250 + new inno cross-fader $220 (the crossfader will shit itself after 4 weeks off hard scratch on that mixer ) & a mac book pro $1300... thats $2000 + or you can go Rane serato ttm 57sl mixer new for $1300 & a cheep ASUS i3 with 2 gig off ram nw for $ 695 thats under +$2000 and a way better set-up have been testing this cheep ASUS i3 & it works good ...it will not run the TTM 57 & my dicers at the same time ....but works good & stable with just the serato mixer

I'm running serato + Ableton on a hp dv6 ...i5 with 4 gig off ram...4 midi devices , 2 for serato & 2 for ableton 2 gig video card with HDMI & VGA video outputs ....video mixing with vsl is verygood payed $1400 at the start off the year ...pick them up now for about $995

just set up my roland mv 8000 sampler as a midi controller & my edirol pcr 500 midi keyboard to Ableton serato bridge this video was a help..

yes ...his code is already cancel...but his code will still un-lock the 1.2 demo Serato have said this will not be fixed untill the next slv up-date when the next up-date comes out, if you don't have a real code in your forum profile like I do you will not be able to use the new up-dates so if you buy off him...slv 1.2 is all you will be able to use

yes its a fake....I got Serato SLV when you get the slv plug in from off the serato web-sight as a download its $200 us (about $ 180 aud ) & than thay send you the serial code so you can un-lock the demo this fuck-wit is selling copy's off his serial code.. and there is not a thing serato can do about it I hate this WHALE...this is why serato have not done a up-date for SLV in over a year..

no that mixer will not work with time code no ASIO input/ output drivers... that mixer will work with traktor but not traktor scratch or any time code set-up by the usb port on the mixer
