  1. Three I'm hooked on at the moment Ill Behaviour - Danny Byrd Crucify Me Part 1 DnB - ShockOne Time - Chase & Status All a bit cheesy but they get me going
  2. Any DJ's in Perth able to do a face to face lesson? I have done a little practice beat matching and mixing with EQ's and loops but after learning guitar by myself I learnt the hard way that an experienced person making sure I have the fundamentals spot on would save a lot of pain.
  3. I know of a Bonza from here haha but no mines a nickname from a few broken noses that've left my nose a bit mishapen Gonzo the Muppet
  4. I'm a big fan of UKF compilations, especially the 2011 mix. I know it's not the old school dub sound that the original fans like but it's pretty easy on the ear. Any recommendations for similar compilations I'm trying to get some more similar tunes.
  5. Great info and opinions. From what I've read Denon DN-MC6000 sounds like the way to go. If any one has any objections I'd be grateful for saving me the heart ache? I just can't wait to have it set up and to build a decent music collection. Advice much appreciated guys, Peace
  6. Hi, I'm very new to DJ'ing and am moving out of home so I will no longer have access to my Sister's Numark Mixtrack. My question is should I buy a similar software control like the Mixtrack Pro or should I buy CD J's and a mixer? -I Would rather spend less than $800 if possible as I will be at Uni and have very limited money. -If I can dedicate enough time to practice I do eventually hope to play at parties. -I play guitar and often dedicate time to that in place of DJ'ing. What hardware would you guys recommend and where is the best place to buy it? I'd rather buy new as I'm not confident enough to pick up faults in second hand gear. Thanks for taking the time, Gonz
  7. Very nice find
  8. I've lived all around WA. I like a big range of music and play guitar. My favourite EDM genres are DnB and Dubstep but I respect all genres. Novice DJ but very keen to learn as quickly as possible.
  9. I'm from Karratha, Perth and Hedland though only in the Pilbara for a few more weeks before going back to Perth. Nice to know there's a few people on here not far away
