Friday Night Shindig at the place to be, Eleven Night Club in Oxford St on Friday night 24th of Feb. Doors open at 9pm $5 entry till 10. Grab a cold Corona or delicious Vodka for $5 till 11pm. Come listen to SYD/IBIZA Dj Shane SoS whos is back in Australia after his 6th summer in Ibiza, playing Deep House, Shane has played at Space, Mambo, Cafe Del Mar and Ushuaia to name but a few. His Dj sets are always packed with the vibe of the Ibizan underground, Deep, Spacey and such Groovy House its like being on the beack in Playa Den Bossa but with out the sand. Also, international Djs: Dj Ice! Alex Kindsadness and local Dj Adam will be grooving you through the night with their house, electro and party tunes. Best advice I was given by an influence of mine... Hey all, Im entering into a DJ competition and the entry requires a 10 minute mini mix. I've never been one for the shorter mixes, so im curious as to what everyones opinions are on pulling off a mini mix... how many songs should i be aiming for, are they looking for more smooth, simple transitions or something a little different? Any ideas would be great. Cheers
