I disagree, I think the 15's would sound better, but 12's definitely pump, here's an idea, get the 12's and have a look at the powered 18' dedicated sub in the buy sell section, that set up would pump hard! Why not get the 15's and a 18" sub ;p The 15s is only 100 dollars more so I'll be getting that soon.

So can you guys confirm that the behringer 12 inch sounds better than the 15? I'm tossing up on what to get. The 15s don't cost very much more and I'm getting a sub aswell.

I'm actually leaning towards 15"s atm because it's only 110 dollars extra and can't you not use the stands?

Ok guess I'll need some speakers with RCA input, do you guys know any cheap ones suitable for bedroom practice.

I want to preview with my headphones that are connected to a mixtrack pro and play live through the laptop speakers if that is possible. I've played around with it but cannot get audio through the headphones only the laptop speakers.

Just looking for some speakers on a budget. I want to spend around $500 on them, because they will most likely be replaced and I don't want to go all out at and get high quality ones at the moment. I'm curious though, are cheapo speakers easily distinquished from a good pair ? Is it worth getting budget speakers?

I'm going to get the mix track pro for a starter and later experiment with different methods later on down the track.

MIND = BLOWN wait wait.. you can use cdjs on a computer? Whats the benefit of that? Anyway what do you guys reckon which method has the best marketing, if it's even relevant and purely personal preference.

I'm not sure what the best option is for me, get a low end controller such as the 'Numarks Mixtrack Pro', which is good quality for it's price but isn't reccomended for club use. Or do I get a higher quality more expensive one which is designed for club use? Keep in mind I am a beginner and will be playing at house parties for a good time before I get an actual gig. The question I'm asking you is it worth getting a baller controller, when you have little to no experience. whats a controller (srs) dont you need a mixer, laptop, usb audio card?

I want to get into computer djing, however I don't have a laptop. I want to know if running the dj software on a netbook is possible, due to it's low system specifications and I'm also wondering if the screen size being smaller than laptops is a disadvantage. If anyone knows a cheap laptop or a suitable notebook for djing, please let me know.

sup guys, lately i have been pretty occupied and haven't touched fl studio since, but i have had some time to watch some ste1438 tutorials and was wondering if you guys know of other tutorials of this quality. Also i am looking for some advice on how should i approach mastering fl studio, for example should i break down a song or or try and remake one etc. I'm also curious about midi keyboards as i can imagine it would be pretty handy check out this video @ 2.34 Cheers for the positive feed back, great forum btw i'm suprised
