i found it to be a little less responsive, but yeah generally the same. are you saying that your decks don't do anything when you move the jogwheel or adjust the pitch?

the deck produces the same timecode signal (2khz), but much at a much cleaner rate than the CDs or vinyl can... and you don't need to use CDs or vinyl, so no more tracks stopping once the CD gets to 26 (or 27) minute mark. watch this if you can be bothered

finally updated the firmware on the cd players, and was toying with hybrid mode. I think i'm going to do a video on using hybrid mode with traktor.... anyway, here's an updated photo of my setup. note: left deck is running hybrid mode, and the right is using a time code CD

mate of mine logged into the ps network in the US and downloaded the demo... you only get 4 players, but damn it's amazing

yeah, agree with the other boys... I know you're not in it for the $$, but $10 is way cheap and not only are you cheapening it for the rest of the 'profession' you're selling yourself short. From what I understand, you're doing mates rates or love jobs for friends partys, just for the experience? Thats fair enough IMO but when it's a proper gig, you'd want $300+ for a 7 hour gig (thats at a minimum) I wonder what DJ dennis charges? have a nice day
