Yeah ive just been shown how to track out of maschine into reaper for final mixing and adding cuts/real instruments. So much easier than trying to master in the maschine software.

I love my serato and dicers and all the perks of digital vinyl, but i'm gladi learnt the hard way with real wax, when im scratching or juggling i dont look at the screen, it just confuses the issue. If he wants to further his talent and knowledge of all things dj i'm all for it! I need some tuition in the ways of the cdj's ive never touched them untill i played my tunes at beat lounge, first time on stage in a club, first time using new equipment = stress lol. You never know sol, you might love the tt's and never go back!

I love the sound from those Yami's I have a 12" powered sub that I built, but rarely use it as im in such a small space and have no bass traps or acoustic foam.........yet even so, my repsonse curve is pretty good (I reckon Lol) I keep meaning to do a new vid, but just get on the sexy techs and get lost for hours atm, plus i've just fitted the new fader and oh my GOD! is it smooth. just lovin it right now, the techs feel so nice

Ha i hear ya, just gonna change some led's and internally ground them. To me they are just gorgeous the way the japanese made them! Lol Ive always wanted a silver pair, but having the click lock in the middle of the pitch control is anoying. Can you retro fit a later model slider?

For any hip hop heads (or other genres) an awesome trick ive learned to phatten up your drums is to copy and paste them to another track, compress the shit out them and add some echo then drop them to just below half gain, then adjust your orig drum track to suit. Dat fullness!

I will be updating my studio pics tonight! have been sporting wood since they were delivered to me today at work. How can i put it, I now feel complete! Considering some simple(reversable) mods, IE blue leds, internal grounding, cant wait to pull there nickers down and have a good look at the pink bits!

THE MASTERING CHAIN when doing a final master on your track, this is the order ive been told EQ - COMPRESSION - STEREO ENHANCER/EXCITER - LIMITER works for me
