  1. Yeah a lot of guys will do that these days, their was 1 track that Skream had a few years back, and he only made it so he could use it at his live shows to get the crowd goin, it was a good banger, can't remember the name of it, but if I heard it I'd know it
  2. man the video looks good, be awesome if it was a fish eye lens, sounds is good im playing it through my amp
  3. Don't give up on it completely dude, ive tried uploading a few mixes onto it lately as well and it's been rejecting them, for me it's mainly been copyright shit which is getting outta hand lately, but it's still a great tool for uploading tracks that you write urself
  4. I was lucky bro, still screwed up my 1st track by stopping the music lol, I'll never forget that lol
  5. Haha yeah sorry man, was reading on my phone during lunch break, didn't get a chance to read every1's comments
  6. I meant smaller in the case of using serato wid turntables, not to mention lighter in weight, sorry bout the miss communication their dude
  7. I was quite the same as spitfire, it was a charity fundraiser that I had organized for my tafe unit back in 2009, it went alright, few people showed up, made some money, every1 had a good time, dropped hard electro, my 2nd gig was the same 1 as spitfire actually, I played after the tech/prog guy, dropped breaks that 1
  8. I'd personally go cdj's dude, smaller and easy to use, plus like every1 else has said most clubs already have them set up
  9. Sub focus, Andy C, caspa, datsik, and gaslamp killah, all I need to see to get a ticket for this, gaslamp is a must, he went off on new years, I was jet lagged big time from the US but didn't care cause it was awesome
  10. Man BDO has gone down hill for a few years now, not to mention it's stupidly priced
  11. I wonder if fatboy slim will pass out on stage again from over drinking, other than that it's an ok line up, chase n status would be worth it, providing they have a headline spot
  12. Being a musician already I'm sure u'll pick it up quickly, welcome aboard dude
  13. Welcome dude, not from hedland, but am located in Perth, enjoy the forum
  14. Ahh another Perthling on the forum, welcome dude
  15. i personally wouldnt go wall mounted either, um may sound strange but Ikea is a great place to get some accessories, my desk i bought from their and with it i got 2 little brackets that you mount at the back of the table and then screw in a board onto them, great little spacer for a laptop, mine im using for my desktop screen and my midi controller slides in under it
  16. Technics RP-DH1200's, bought them the day i dj'd my 1st ever club gig like 2 years ago, they may be big but they fit great and sound awesome

  21. The sebastiAn remix is awesome, I've got that on 12", whatta monster
  22. Warner that's the 1, maybe we can't put mixes up anymore and it's jus for original tracks
  23. I don't have a paid account but I haven't been able to load a mix up in ages, it seems they are really getting anal about copyright, anything on the mau5trap record label is always copyright, and I can't remember wat pendulums drumstep mix of witchcraft is on but that is also copyright
  24. For me music is just my sanctuary, ive always had it in my life, their hasnt been 1 day in my life where i havent been listening to music, i was raised on all the old stuff, Jimi Hendrix, Dire Straits, The Doors, Santana, etc...i always had a small passion for electronic music, wasnt too long before i got into heavy metal, then ove a course of a few years i started hanging out wid some peeps that dj'd and they started showing me the ropes, from that moment on i was hooked, and then thats when i discovered the wonderful world of dubstep. Im 25 now and the only thing that i wasnt happy wid is that i didnt discover dj'n earlier in my life, but everything happens for a reason
  25. waste of money dude, if u already understand beat matching then its just a matter of practice
