hey guys! if you have some smarts about you please post a reply! i would really appreciate your time, so here goes.. i love my music and i want to start mixing.. and im finding it hard to choose what mixer i should buy.. i have searched and read, and read and searched on what would suit me best.. but some questions i have i cant seem to find straight answers for. ive come to a point where i would really like your help & opinion.. i have listed the things im looking for in rough order of importance:- • under $600 second hand value • to be able to kill all 3 EQ on mixer.. going to mix hip hop and RnB and rap/gangsta as well as house/club • usb support for memory sticks and ipod • ability to record and use DJ software like recordbox on PC • Connect out of the box to 2x PA Speakers (im not sure what to look for on the mixer to do this plus support 2x cdj's) • have a good amount of effects, preferable more than just 4 • if i could have optical out that would be nice, could use my stereo then • if a mixer doesnt have booth, what am i really missing out on? • if a mixer doesnt have balanced outs, what am i missing out on? balanced volume on each speaker? • if i get a 2 channel mixer can i only connect 2 cdj's..and headphones? no speakers? doesnt seem right.. probably isnt.. i have looked at A & H Xone: 22, gets good reviews but not much to play around on, not many effects etc.. i have looked at the Stanton m2.05, heaps of effects but the touch pad looks like a hit and mis.. so sketchy.. suggestions and you input please!! help me find a mixer thanks guys! i would type more but im on break at work!
