Im bout 15 mins from Berowra and yh i can certainly organize us a night depending on the size of our group we might be able to have a joint to ourselves, all we need is numbers and a date and ill get back to you whales with the details and im sure there will be plenty of sets for everybody :-)

also if the choice is made for Sydney and you guys dont want a bush doof, we can organize a club night somewhere easy as fuck. end

we have a few sites but they are all within 1.5hrs of sydney, as i said we can just organize a mini bus for the people who have to come from the airport and the sydney boyz can jump in along the way. Give me an idea if you whales are interested, what is the time frame of this event?

If you guys were serious about a bush doof, I am involved in putting these together we organize massive parties and have about 20k of sound ready to go :-) we could make this a weekend event get everybody to the airport at once and minibus to the doof then minibus back....Blam

Hey i agree 400's would be the ideal start for himbut he said he is on a budet , i think i have seen one set of 400's with a mixer for under 1000? Besides the sync button is not the worst habit a "laptop only" dj gets into, its the visual representation of the sequencing of tracks, looking at the screen and knowing where and when to drop in new tune or cut up fader out for break in other tune ect that was the hardest part for me switching to vinyl.

If your looking at a controller, the traktor s4 is a pretty sweet little unit for the price you get plenty of bang for your buck and its ready to go, all you need is a laptop it will come with the new S4 software and i think they give all new buyers a free copy of the new Scratch Pro 2. The controller is modeled around CDJ 400 so the jog wheels are touch sensitive and feel similar

hey guys i thought i would do another intro i was prev running under screen name "cidious" but i have since outgrown that and have been re-dubbed Duracell :-) I still mix breaks, Dub, and dnb but i have recently got into mixing and (trying to) produce psybreaks so hopefully i can finish something and put it up, anyways cheers guys look forward to rejoining the ADJF family peace!
