So we were coming home from Dee why hotel tonight, and stopped off in beacon hill McDonald's, (mate was driving my car and I was getting sloshed) and he had a crazy idea, I had my gear in the boot from a 21st I did recently, and my car has a very nice sound system, so we set up my gear, plugged into the aux in on my.sound system and my.set was born, was only 4 of us there but within about 30 min of my set, 50 people were rocking out beside the car dancing to my sweet sweet mixing, they all loved it and I gave out some cards, cops shut me.down for noise pollution but couldn't fine me, as it was private property and no one acctually complained, I got some.hook ups for next year, I think I might make a thing of this, might start hitting up all the maccas car parks in Sydney lol was so much fun cause its a rush just busting out in public, and no one expects from my car cause its a stock standard Nissan Dualis hahaha, great fun, got the house party coming up next week so stay tuned!!!

so i had been meaning to get into dubstep for awhile now, i just couldnt really see what all the fuss was about, the music is ok, i didnt see how this wobble was so "amazing..." untill i loaded a dubstep mix into my car this morning on teh way to work....... all i can say is WHAT DA FUCK!!!!!! my car has a $4000 sound system, 800w rms amp with 2 focal 33WX2's (utopia subs which are almost the best you can get for SQ) with 2 pairs of JL audio c5's running off 200w RMS... i now understand the wobble..... this was amazing, i have never heard my speakers do that before... it really got to me, seriously i dont think i can listen to normal music anymore, i am absolutley addicted to it now... i want to learn how to re-produce it.... dont even remeber what song ti was... it was a substep mix from one of the guys here on ADJF, i think the first song was i remember? what i am asking is, when was your dubstep moment

who voted no? guys you gotta remember guys sol is a begginer, the main goal to this was so he realises (a) how a mix is formed, its not just thrown out there, it takes time untill you have the intuitivness to just know what song to play next ( transitioning is very complex and there are more things than just beatmatching that come into play, key, phrase, vocals, drops and build-ups. and that is coming through in his comments © consistancy is key, this is why i asked for a 45 min mix instead of a 20 min one now please vote on those terms... did he learn about ANY of those i just stated, we aren't judging him on how good his skills are
