Well correct me if Im wrong but... Soundcheck: makes sure all your audio is at the save volume level, so some songs arent louder than others. Cd text: Im not entirely sure, but Im pretty sure it just imbeds the ID3 tag (the name of song) and all of that into the file. Mp3: the only difference here is really quality and comparability. If your burning mp3s, make sure they are burnt at 320 kbs, (the highest quality) for mp3s. Personally, I like my wav format, it may not be comparable with everything like mp3, but there's only a 0.3% difference from cd quality.
