Play them, give them away, burn them, bootleg them anything you want guys! We have these available on most torrent sites as well
-
Dont be afraid to throw in some wacky tracks man. Like you said its mostly about the gear, they want an energetic set with a few surprises. If your mixing is top notch, maybe a pet shop boys bootleg, or a trippy kylie bootleg if they exist? Just dont order a pink champagne.

Heres some tracks for you mate, and anyone else who wants some free tracks. Every couple of months I send out a pack like this to anyone who wants it, best of all our previous releases. http://d4dirtyrecords.com/releases/Best ... ecords.zip

Hey Guys, As you can tell our stream is down, our entire street is without power at the moment and the power company is working to fix the problem. We will be back online as soon as power is restored,
-
Cool! Guys can you all please fill in the email bit?
-
Hey Guys, Like any new service we are learning as we go, and we have had a few teething problems. What I would like to do is organize a mailing list, so if you guys have a problem or question or we have any issues we can all be informed and then I can back up Max. so If you could guys, send me your emails to d4dirtyrecords@gmail.com and I will compile the list.
-
Also Guys please get your sets in so we can include them in our broadcast!
-

Hey Guys, Do we have any Melbourne DJ's here? I am looking to hook this radio in to a few Melbourne Promoters and we got a few Melb DJ's in talks for air time (with all their fans coming with them). Now would be a great time for any Melbournites to join in!

How about a few dance music specific sites like torrentech?
-
Absolutely! Blogs are my missing link! I don't have any idea of any of them.

Ahh the guilty pleasures. I know you have all been to a torrent site or two looking for that latest release, most likely because the idiot label owners decided to limit the download to the US on beatport. My label has always been different, we have deals with a few underground torrent sites to release some of our tracks on there for free for a little free publicity. I am planning on doing something a little bigger for our next release and throw all our previous tracks out there for all our releases, and I want to hit a tone of sites all at once. SO can you guys help us out and list your fav torrent sites?

Keep in mind guys, there is no perfect synth for a particular sound. Everyone has their own favorites and if you really learn how to use a particular synth well you will rarely use any other. I use Albino for 99 % of my instruments, even kicks sometimes too.
-
Anything with nice big fat analogue sound. Try albino, thats my fax.. You can easily get a nice big hook n sling type bass Also slyneth1 or a predator are great. For a filthier more electronic but less full type sound try our venguard.
-
how about i send you all our tracks. PM me your email mate!
-
Cheers mate, got a few remixes coming from some up and commers... looking for a well established producer to remix for release right now
-

Open it up, throw in a house loop. Speed it up to 180 BPM and throw on distortion! Serously, I havent seen any genre specific ableton tutorials and to be honest you should not be choosing a DAW based on what style they are good for. There is no Gabber DAW etc, they all have good points and bad points you should try demo's of them all and choose the Daw that feels more natural to you. I consider myself a bit of an ableton guru, so if you have any specific questions I would be happy to answer them!
