dunno much about the focusrite brand but ive heard there solid. if ur gunna go for an NI interface, i can personally vouch for the NI audio kontrol 1.

also when using an interface your using shielded TRS/XLR cables = no interference. audio interface = low latency....less problems. you can get some really cheap interfaces to start off with if u want man. whats ur budget?

pretty good speccy's, but i reckon ur better off getting yourself an interface bruhz. instead of using PC soundcards. ur gunna be running TRS or XLR cables to run ur monitors and i dont think a PC soundcard can support it. correct me if im wrong.

never used one...it looks like it has everything, but the only thing is...do u reckon you will use all that stuff? i got a akai mpk25 and i pretty much only use the basic shit on it. i did buy a korg nanokey2 the other day tho...and its incredibly small. mad for on the go type shit.

all correct. also try not to use maximizers until you generally have the sound right. and panning helps alot!
