Hey guys, The names Darren, nicknamed Bonzee. Started off producing hiphop in my younger days while still in school....was seeking more and moved onto electro. Didnt take me long to find a love in dubstep soon after. Been on ADJF for a little while and was seeking help on gear and DAW's. i have the MPK25. its awesome although the pad sensitivity is REALLY HARD. something else to take into consideration is that the NOVATION keyboards have automapping....whereas the AKAI doesnt. But i havent found manual mapping to be as bad as people make it out to be. just depends how lazy you are i guess.

Yeh thats the one! tryna gather it in Massive. You got any idea? id say massive is the way to go. i think i might have a patch with a similar sound so i'll go have a look and if its the same i'll break it down and check what oscillators are used

Anyone know how Feed Me made this deep flangey vocal wobble in Feed Me - Cloudburn (ft. Tasha Baxter) Just cant seem to get a similar sound... Any help would be cool!

ahhh i see! so since im using FLStudio, go into audio settings and drop the buffer length? its sitting at 98ms at the moment...thats only due to me not having ASIO before. I now have ASIO drivers through my Audio Kontrol 1 tho. How can i check if FLStudio is using the ASIO drivers? Or should it just be automatically functioning since the installation of the Audio Kontrol 1?

Recently bought the MPK25 and finding that theres some kind of delay on the pads and keys... If im to hit a pad or key it will only produce the sound like a second late. Any one know what settings i can change to help this? Also the MPK25's pads are so stiff!

Went with the yammys for monitors...very impressed. Anyone that owns a pair of these, what type of settings u running on the back of them? Is it best to just keep them flat for translating? Also what type of surge protecting power boards would be best?

Been looking at the AKAI MPK 25 key, seems to do virtually have the same abilities as the MPK 49.... Can anyone else recommend another 25 key midi keyboard (with MPC pads) around the same price range??

i thought that would be the case with mine...since it pretty much is new! all ive got is a port with a lock symbol, monitor out, HDMI, 3xUSB, Ethernet port, SD card. headphone & mic. Asus U30J series.

around the 700 mark tops...what made u go with passive? heard wharfedale are decent. the yammys are around 750. behringers around 500. only heard good things about the behringers DJaz, i think youve done well with urs. the price for them is remarkable...
