UPDATE: got the apc40 off my uncle to try if i like it i can keep it although i'mnot a huge fan of it Reasons: Who would seriously use an 8x5 launching pad section i use 4-5 different tracks usually and even that is difficult to keep up with. The knobs don't have a definite start or end which sounds good but it really annoying. It's huge for something without an audio interface. Back to square one

You know how to solve this dude, do what the clubs do, works treat... Get a clipboard, set up a simple column list document, artists 1 side, song name other side so they can write it down easy, so then when people come up annoying you while your Mid transition you just point to le clipboard Do what me and a mate did at a party we had a clipboard with paper taped to the wall with a sign saying requests above it then another sign below the clipboard with an arrow pointing downwards into a bin

I can see this product hurting their company its just not practical to use in any situation that i can think of. Cool Concept - Not practical in this case imo.
