  1. Downloaded it and loving it
  2. I honestly can't name a Tiesto or Armin Van Buuren song hey
  3. Ahhh so you think he meant Im killing them in this interview instead of his music is killing theirs? That's a fair explanation. Personally I'm not the greatest fan of the new album when i compare it to discovery etc. it still is a solid album though
  4. Not so much now, but Tiesto in his prime was huge. Legit household name, how many trance producers or electronic producers are asked to make anthems for the olympics etc. But he really comes across as a wank these days, lost alot of respect and love for selling out. He's large and he knows it I guess. Elaborate on what we don't understand? People saying Tiesto's music is piss compared to Daft Punk. There's a reason why he has been, and still is, in the top 5 ranked DJ's in the world. The music scene in Europe etc is far beyond what people know about in Australia. Daft Punk make good tracks, no doubt; classics that will stand the test of time. But there are so many band-wagoners it's insane. Get Lucky is a terrible, repetitive track imo. The hook is mental, but that's probably because it's looped 500 times in the track. Don't get me wrong, I have the Homework album on wax and I've been a Daft Punk fan from way back, but I don't think you can even compare Tiesto and Daft Punk. They're totally different and from completely different musical worlds. To sum up what I got from Tiesto was really that he wasn't out to take a stab at them on purpose, only pointing out that whatever they bring out people will eat up. This is because they're large and have carved their place in music history forever. How can you argue that? The fact that he said "I'm killing them right now" is a direct stab at them?
  5. Sell me your microkorg :3
  6. Legend Bonz
  7. Elaborate on what we don't understand?
  8. In some cases that is true. Some people try to be cool.
  9. Nah it gets boring after a while especially if the crowd is shit. your doing it wrong. So you are saying that you would enjoy playing for 3 hours to 20 people who are just sitting down? Boring. If it's a good crowd that are dancing and loving it obviously you would.

  18. hahahahahaha. But seriously this has been happening for ages in the music industry as a whole.
  19. Some nice ideas. Promising signs as well. But like I say all the time, laptop and dj headphones are no excuse for a track to be 'raw'. Keep at it you have a lot of ptential.
  20. There is 0% chance i would buy 2000s. Cannot justify that money. This looks great though.
