In light of Tomy's topic on our hardware let's look at the tools we actually use to produce. Synths, Drum Machines, Sample packs etc. Don't write down "Novation Launchpad" it doesn't produce sound. I use: VST: Ableton Synths/Samplers: Operator, Tyrelln6, Massive, Independence. No hardware synths at this time but would like to buy one some day maybe for christmas. Give us the run down about your tools

Yeah more a performance tool. Can be used as a drumpad like you said though. Will need a mini keyboard. Wouldn't recommend using it as a drum machine/sampler though it's unresponsive
