  1. I have the TMA-1's, HD-25's and Pioneer HDJ-2000 2000's are easily the most comfortable around the ears, they are a bit heavy though. I leave these at home to use on the comp for music/gaming sessions. HD-25's are the easiest to carry around and are the lightest, they also provide very good isolation but sometimes can get a bit uncomfortable with the clamping force. The portability and durability of these cans make them the ones I bring to my gigs/sets. TMA-1's, a bit bigger/heavier/bulkier than the HD-25's but not as much as the 2000's. Easiest to drive and so I keep these in my work bag and use them on the train and at work. Sound wise, all 3 are pretty damn good. On a comp/mp3 player/mobile phone the TMA-1's sound the best (easiest to drive). Through a proper mixer, in a club environment the HD-25's provide the punchiest bass and handled louder volumes the best. Pioneer lacked bass the most and couldn't handle higher volumes as the other two, but it doesn't mean it's a bad headphone - just not up to par with the other two.
  2. A mate just recently purchased the K12's and they absolutely annihilate the JBL EON G2 15" we used previously. The sound they produce is just so much more crisp, and the volumes they reach are amazing. I'd say the only thing the G2's had over the K12's was bass due to the 15" drivers. Haven't used any of the other two so can't provide any feedback there.
  3. Price dropped to $220 guys.
  4. Are you sure they are the with mic models, cheapest I've found them is $290
  5. Wow, didn't realise they dropped to $150 mark. Well the TMA's are also for sale now, whichever sells first at $220. I'll keep the pair that doesn't. Cheers, Andy
  6. Hi Vaughn, Yep I saw that, however the original black ones are still at the $290 mark. Which still makes $220 a fair bit of a saving. Thanks though. Cheers.
  7. PM sent ruggs, the mixer is still for sale guys.
  8. Reposted in new thread.
  9. Hey guys, I'm going to the states this Saturday so I've dropped the price as I'd like to hopefully sell the mixer and road case by this weekend. Mixer is now $900 and the road case is $50! Road ready case is this one here: http://store.roadreadycases.com/dyn_pro ... I&k=113884
  10. Turntables sold to ruggs! Mixer and road case left, I'll get some photos up soon.
  11. Hi champ, give me a call on 0416 122 278 if you can please. Interested in the Ergo if you still have it.
  12. Photos have been uploaded!
  13. Yeah I've been getting a few asks for them, so I'll take a few photos tonight.
  14. EDIT: Mixer and turntables sold! Only road case left, will get a picture asap. Hey guys, just moved and don't really have room for these anymore. Had the two decks serviced 6 months ago and they've had very little use since then, had new RCA's put in and pitch is spot on. Each comes with a pretty much brand new Shure White Lable cartridge, needles/stylus were purchased brand new and have had hardly any use. I'm after $450 each deck. Also have a road ready case that will fit 1x turntable that I will sell for $50. Rane TTM57SL mixer is for sale too, excellent condition and has served me well. Faders are still silky smooth. I'm after $900 for this. Pick up location is Fairfield, Sydney. Don't really want to post/courier it so it's pick up for now. Prefer this way so buyers can see everything working as well. Might not frequent the forums too often so please call 0416122278 if you're interested. Thanks, Andy
  15. Thanks! I've tried different XLR cables, but I've never thought of trying a different power cable. I'll also give that a shot! If all fails, I will be contacting JANDS.
  16. The speakers have been used at a gig once or twice, the last time I'm pretty sure they were clipping the red-zone a fair bit. Do you think the drivers have been damaged?
  17. They were purchased to use at my private gigs: birthdays/weddings etc. EDIT: hehe they're a bit over-kill to use at home, I'm sure my neighbours wouldn't be too happy!
  18. Sorry, should have mentioned that they were second hand.
  19. Hi all! Bought a pair of 15" EON G2's a few months ago and one of them seems to have a problem where it would play at full volume and then sound will cut out/become soft/distorted/fuzzy intermittenly. So it would be fine for a bit, and then start cutting out for a bit and the problem will come and go. I'm not sure what it could be, has anybody experienced this before and are they aware of what may be causing it? It seems like an issue that would be caused from overheating but it still happens when the gain is turned slightly up, no way near the volumes it's capable of. Any idea where I should start to see if this problem can be fixed by myself? Secondly, if it definitely needs to be repaired by a specialist - does anybody know any decent repairers in Sydney? Thanks, Andy
  20. I do! But I didn't buy them for that price, picked up them up second hand for $150 They're actually a very very good pair of headphones. Have used both the HD25's and both are good in their own way. Sound on the HD25's is more refined and the bass is deeper IMO, but I like the comfort of the 2000's more. I'd be happy with either
  21. HDJ2000's, were interested in the 53's when they were on sale for $210 at DJwarehouse but they went back up. Found the Pioneer's for $160 so logically went with that, they fit amazingly and the sound is quite exceptional. Recommended, maybe not at the $400RRP though
  22. Hey all, I'm riding the lucky wave I've been on lately and have come to realise that I'm in need of name drop. Want to use it with mixes I make and when I've got a gig/set going on Has anyone purchased name drops online? If so, where from and what's your feedback? Cheers, Andy

    Greetings!

Playing at V-Bar this saturday for the Blue Alize event. They're blue serato control vinyls, I think the transformer sticker is a custom one he got made up.
  24. They definitely use some kind of recognition software, my intro of Sexyback got picked up straight away. Might give this mixcloud a shot.
