  4. Herrow, I bet you get so many people saying that their friends are going to get big and are awesome etc. But I have 2 friends who are producing some pretty sweet stuff at the moment in Mandurah WA. They played a set last week and played about 3 of their own songs and they seriously got the dancefloor pumping. Check them out on YouTube if you get time. It's Mooch8Manerfry, they haven't released much yet but have lots recorded and ready! Cheers, JB

  10. haha bonz, silence then saying '99 problems and a drop aint one' would actually be a sweet drop! thanks but
  11. Yeah sorry not sure of the proper term, but when the build up comes in to sound big then the 'drop' happens and every dances their nuts off. ok thanks for the advise, just trying to suss out what the main technique was
  12. Hey all, What vsts/plug ins do you use and in what way to help make drops in your songs? I'm working on a track at the moment that needs a build up and drop but can't get one i like so getting ideas... thanks
  13. I was looking at EMP there and after reading a few different articles online about it the general consensus seems to be they aren't bad at all, but not worth the money at all either. Better off paying for 1 on 1 sessions with your money IMO.
  14. Hadn't even thought of the Pads being on different sides. Thanks Shabang
  15. Hi all, Trying to decide what I want for my first MIDI keyboard, quite a few are similiar and I can't decide which. Basically here is what I am looking for; Some Drum Pads on it Anywhere between $200-300 Mutilple knobs for use with MASSIVE Only need around 25 keys I will be making Dub Step and Dance with it mostly so if that makes a difference Just let me know what you think would suit, I have looked at the Novation Nocturn 25, the Akai MPK25, and the M-Audio Axiom 25. Whats your opinions? Thanks, JB
  16. I sense sarcasm...? No surely your not making fun? Never!

  20. IMO, I would love the Mac Pro over that, think of the awesome processing speed and how it can handle basically everything you'd want to use it for, compared to 5ml less thickness! I don't really understand the point of the air, but I am sure some people love it!
  21. Thanks all
  22. Innnnteresting! Thanks Spitfire, a friend is getting it soon so I'll try his
  23. awesome, I think I'll have to learn then!
  24. Jonny, thats an excellent way of putting it! Never thought of it like that. I know someone who does Piano lessons so perhaps I'll do a bit with them. The software is a hard decision! Is logic or ableton in your opinion the best for Dub/Club music?
  25. awesome Jonny, thats great to know
