You mean the sine wave, amirite? yep think what he is getting at is dubstep these days is more about then mid range distortion bass then the sub bass which is how it used to be, and how chev loves it Yeh figured as much. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on some awesome waveform that resonated your chest cavity better than a sine. Although I've heard that the right sawtooth lowpassed can be more effective and sometimes use that instead. I've also been told by a certain top 40 drum n bass group that you should ensure the waveform goes positive before negative so the subwoofer pushes air instead of pulling, but personally I can't tell the difference so was probably being trolled.
