that's gold. a friend of mine has so many keyboards and he won't get rid of them or atleast copy the sound modulation-he has 6 different keyboards hooked up to a master and he plays them via midi

i know sorry guys, i dunno could you imagine lugging around a tower, 2 monitors, a keyboard and mouse then all the other shit needed to hook it up, can anyone overload on the outlet

i'm not trying to stoke the fire man, i'm just sick of the scare tactics, format shifting licence is from aria not ppca, it covers you converting legitematley purchased cd's/lp's being converted into digital files. ppca are a broadcasting licence. in this digital age everyone is or knows someone that is a dj or vj, what's the easiest way to keep these people in their bedrooms or at friends parties, tell them that they have to get all these different licences and part with a thousand or more dollars just to play music. once again not stoking the fire, not having a go, just really sick of the misinformation or the missinterperation of information

if you have only downloaded music and are playing straight from a laptop or dvs, you don't need to format shift. :arrow:

i think anything that can be controlled by midi can use the maschine

yeah it makes sense, a mate of mine recorded a freestyle and someone at fresh fm listened to it now they want to play it

it's a good concept, i believe it would work. however i'm sure that some artists would want to work in their own time and by themselves instead of having to communicate so much.

on the right hand side of the page there is a 'watch this topic for replies' button, there's also the memberlist button and selecting a member will bring you to their profile from there you can view all posts by them. hope this helps

yeah they are really good decks i learn't to mix on a pair of these, reg under a grand is a good price even for second hand with these as the still fetch about 800 brand new if you're lucky
