  1. Shoot man I want this! Im running FL10 but I cant find an update for this version on Image Line.com, all the other beta tests have been available for download. Do you know where your buddy got the alpha version from Gandy?
  2. im diggin it for sure man nice!
  3. yeah man, theyve had a lot of glitch hop releases lately which im not too into but the shekel, jsaxton and thunderskank ep's they threw down were killer. I am way too stoked about it
  4. Thanks man much appreciated, and its getting released on Prime Dub Entertainment. Also since you asked on the other one, Im not sure who mastered the tracks. I sent the mix downs to Prime Dub and they had them mastered, I think they have J Saxton do it sometimes but Il have to ask. And same for the artwork, Prime Dubs commissioning that too so im not sure lol they kind of just told me to sit tight because theyve got it all under control. Champion!
  5. I got the masters back, theyre posted up in the general dubstep and ukg forum (maybe i should move them here). Now Im just waiting on the cover art and a release date!
  6. Finished this one up download if ya like http://soundcloud.com/sweetish/sweetish-we-shot-em-low/s-mg5mB

  12. Ive never had a midi keyboard but i will admit to using the computer keyboard like Jaz said here and there. The main reason I would want one is to be able to better control pitch bend tbh. I like the one you linked mostly because of the 4 octave range but thats probably just the piano player in me. For just starting out it seems like a great controller but down the line you might find that you want something more like Bonz's with pads and a ton of knobs to map. Personally I would start by messing around with production using the piano roll in your DAW so you can get a feel for what a controller could add to the process and see if its worth the money. Not to discourage you from going that route though, its all about personal preference and what you're trying to do
  13. Yeaaa buddy! Dont know how Id live without it Sickkkk thats definitely good to know, thanks! Ive been using multiple bandpasses through fruity love filter for a while for dubstep basses too and loving it. But for cutoffs ive kinda steared clear from using LFO's and just drawn in the wobbles and sweeps in auto clips
  14. Yeah how ive got it now is an eq for the general sound of the channel and then an eq for filtering. The only thing it seems to be lacking is resonance control and some of the other features that actual filters tend to have
  15. so lately ive been using an eq to automate filtering. Since its a parametric eq its nice to be able to see the frequency spectrum and with automation of shelf frequency, bandwidth, gain and slopes I feel like I have more control over whats going on. Im just wondering if theres any reason not to be filtering like this. It just seems too good to be true
  16. awesome, just sent you guys the info!
  17. sick track, loved the drop. also the end got me, i went to check my cpu usage cause I was wondering why it was skipping hahaha
  18. ohhhhhh snap Im stoked to check out all this free stuff you guys just linked haha that TAL website has a lot of other cool lookin stuff too
  19. really well put Jonny Also, it comes with a lot of example projects made by artists that use it (deadmau5 being one of them) so a thing you can do is check them out and deconstruct what they did. I found that pretty helpful in the beginning
  20. yeah man I agree. actually maybe u can help me out with this bro, im using lo-fi on toxic biohazard but I dont have any external bit crusher plug ins and ive been looking for one. what do you use for bit crushing?
  21. dude no joke I am absolutely loving this
