Hmm there seems to be three types of midi controllers. A keyboard, a mixer type thing with the knobs and such and a mixer with a turntable.

Does Traktor come with anything other than the software? I have the software (pirated heh).

I actually have no idea. Maybe something to hook up to the computer.

Hi guys, I've decided to buy a setup. My max budget is about $1000 (if you can suggest something a lot better for a little extra it's no biggie). The music I wish to play/mix is Rap/Hip-Hop and Dubstep(high priority) but at the same time not something too specialized that I wont be able to doodle in other genres. What mixers you would recommend, turntables, etc. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hi, My name is Robin I'm 16 years old and I live in Melbourne city. I've always loved the look of DJing and have always wanted to get into it. I recently got some spare cash so I thought why not. Soo here I am I love all sorts of music and would like to be able to DJ most things. However my personal favourites are Hip-Hop/Rap and all electronica/dance (Rave, Dubstep,etc.).
