don't reckon monitors can handle it that well even though they are the 8"s. the tweeters were going bezerk the whole time and didnt have enough bass. I cut the highs a bit and boosted the lows on the mixer though and seemed to help out a bit.

k, had a pretty mad headache coz I had a cold so might not remember everything but we'll see. 5:00pm - Left my place, google maps said takes 43 minutes, i get lost 3 times along the way and rock up at 6:40, lol. 6:40pm - meet hoddi and parents and start setting up. she helped too, how sweet, kik. 7:15ish - the muscle arrived (crunddy and his mate) talk shit for a bit 7:30pm - finish setting up, and start playing some prog house kinda stuff while people start rocking up. try get the levels right, blah, blah, blah. 8:15 - by now, playing a bit more intense house music but still kinda chill, just waiting for more people to rock up before shit gets serious, lol. 8:30 - got hoddi or her parents, cant remember, to switch the hall lights off, make the place darker, so then i can get my lasers/leds cranking then start the cheese fest with champagne showers coz hoddi's friend wanted it. 8:30-10:30 - played cheese for 2 hours, or remixes of cheese tracks. 10:30 - turned the music off coz it was time for cake/sing happy birthday etc. 10:40 - started the cheese fest off again, with teach me how to dougie, then warp, then........PARTY ROCK ANTHEM! lol! everyone goes nuts over that track but its so fucking gay. 10:40-11:30 - played more cheese etc. etc. 11:30-12:00 - heaps of people had to bail at 11:30 so started playing a few random bangers, plus i ran out of cheese to play, but repeated a few of them anyway. 12:00 - finish playing, switch lights off, pack everything up then me and hoddi put the gear in the car. 12:20 - finished loading the car, say goodbye, blah, blah, start driving home. 1:15 - get home, couldnt be fucked to take shit out of the car Now at 2:00 im making this thread nogarts on having a dope party hoddi.
