  1. wow just youtubed some of his stuff, i sorta wish that was the background music to my life
  2. haha likewise, and funnily enough i actually hope to get into sound design for games etc at some point in the future so that is a massive complement. and yeah, sorta forgot that the rest of the forum existed, you can move it if u want.
  3. Some dark experimental stuff. I bought a Zoom H2N the other week and i've just been recording and processing the shit out of every sound i can find. So pretty much every sound in this song except the bass and strings are 100% my own recordings. Anyways, its a bit weird, dont know if its the kind of music you can "enjoy" but maybe some of you will find it interesting. http://soundcloud.com/haydo12/19hz
  4. really nice man, but yeah as cupe said, synth sounds like its been crushed within an inch of its life, maybe dial it back a little and this will be fuckin awesome. Sample works well with it too
  5. really nice man, lovin the synth
  6. gonna be honest, didnt dig the intro, but thats obviously cause im not a hardstyle fan, everything else though was totally amazing
  7. as cupe said, wasnt totally taken at first, but now i just cant stop noddin to it, them bongo's be straight funky
  8. Sick track, just out of curiousity is that main bass patch a variation on a massive preset? it sounds so familiar haha. anyways, nice one, keep up the good work.
  9. nice chilled track, and as gandy said, great work with the keys
  10. nice one, digging the sub in the 3rd track, very tight
  11. cheers sweetish, that should b enough, i'll do up the rest myself. have a good one
  12. very tidy
  13. sounding awesome guys, its got a catchy groove, it just feels a little empty without anything in the mid range, maybe even just using a 2 octave sub would fill it out a bit more. Anyways, i'd love to have a crack at remixing it, if u guys are cool with that?
  14. cheers man, yeah i often find it hard to do a chilled/minimal-ish type track, this vocal is so amazing tho that i just got on the piano and it all came together so quickly. anyways, take it easy bruz
  15. mental as usual, nice work man.
  16. had this song stuck in my head for the last few days, and i managed to find an acapella for it, so i thought i'd have a go at remixing it. hope you enjoy http://soundcloud.com/haydo12/heart-of-glass-haydos-remix
  17. agreed, sound very sharp and profesh
  18. haha cheers guys, yeah i wanted to do something a little different for the ending, i think it works with the song
  19. So this is a new track off an EP i just finished the other day. http://soundcloud.com/haydo12/kontakt Free 320 download for The Hollow Man EP http://www.mediafire.com/?fb269br4tsw256v Love some feedback

lovin this one, got some funky old school vibes
  21. Congrats bro, i'm constantly suprised at the quality productions that come out of this little community. I dare say there's a few more people on here that'll be getting some of their stuff released in the not too distant future. p.s. is there any place i can preview ur tunes before i buy?
  22. finally got around to adding some samples to the box. Picked out some really cool obscure sounds, cause lets face it, everyone here has at least 56 231 693 kick and snare samples.
  23. Cheers man, i'm actually working with a friend that has some unreal violin skills, to compose a really slow and sad piano/violin classical piece that will flow into the ambient spacey part at the start. With alot of practice and some midi controllers we're hoping to be able to perform the whole thing as a 15min live classical/dubstep fusion piece. I'll keep u posted on that. I'd also just like to point out how interesting it is composing say a solo piano piece, stripping away the beats, subs, devostating bass sounds, cymbals etc and trying to build a song with just one instrument that is interesting is a real challange, i'd recomend everyone should try it sometime.
  24. cheers guys. yeah theres nothing i wouldnt give for a dedicated production pc. although i recently got a second monitor which is awesome, being able to look at more than one thing at a time is great. Also do u reckon u could hook us up with a copy of ur beatles remix? missed the download on it, but that shit is mental
  25. it just got too big, theres like 30-40 synths in the whole track, and so much automation and other shit it makes my head spin. And yeh even with the widest buffer that it will allow, some sections it just skips and under runs so much i just cant work with it. The final stages of this track were painstakingly slow, make a change, export a section, listen, repeat x 1000. I probably need a new computer too, she runs well, but being like 4yrs old, it just cant keep up with the rate at which electronic music is changing.
